A FEW QUICK THINGS
WHILE YOU’RE HERE…
Alcohol
Michigan liquor laws prohibit outside alcohol coming into our space. If your event host has opted to have alcohol at their event, all alcohol must be served by our staff. Shots and straight spirits will not be poured. Our bartenders may require ID for service, so please be sure to have your ID with you. All beverage must stay inside.
Parking
Please turn on Frederick St off Leonard to access our parking lot behind the building. There may be parking attendants assisting with larger events. Handicapped spaces are available near the main entrance.
Smoking
We request smoking to be kept at least 25 feet from the entrances in accordance with local ordinances. There are receptacles by the building on the north and south ends of outdoor terrace. Marijuana in any form is not permitted on the property.
Media
Guests acknowledge there may be professional photographers and videographers at the event and vendors may also be capturing content. Leona Road reserves the right to use this media for promotional purposes unless other arrangements have been made by your event host.
Communication
While communication for your event will primarily come from your host, there is the chance we may need to reach out with important updates. We will use professional discretion and would only contact you with important updates regarding your event.
FAQ
Handicapped parking is in the parking lot on the North side of the building near the main entrance.
There is a ramp available at the main entrance on the North side of the building. All bathrooms and event spaces are fully accessible. Please look for our staff if you have any further needs.
If you plan on drinking, please plan rides in advance which could include Uber/Lyft. If it is not safe for you to drive following the event, you are welcome to leave your car in the lot overnight. However, we do require that all cars are removed by 9:00am the following morning to prepare for events the next day. Cars may be towed if not removed by this time.

Driving North on 131
Take Leonard Street exit (exit 87) and turn left at the stoplight. Follow Leonard to the end of the business district. Take a right on Frederick Street just past the carwash and turn left into the parking lot.
Driving South on 131
Take the Leonard Street exit (exit 87). Take a right at the light. Follow Leonard to the end of the business district. Take a right on Frederick Street just past the carwash and turn left into the parking lot.
