Included Coordination

Service should never be an add-on. Full-coordination is included with every wedding.  This begins with a planning meeting up to a year prior to your wedding during which we’ll help with your full day-of timeline, vendor recommendations, layout, bar package and walk you through a full design process.  We’ve got your full setup and teardown covered and will help coordinate every step of your ceremony and reception.

No Flip

We have enough space, tables and chairs to have your entire event setup hours before your wedding ceremony begins with no need to flip the space prior to your reception. That means your event feels like less of a production and more of a party, and the only thing you need to focus on is  your people.

Modern Dinnerware Collection

You have the option of renting dinnerware through your caterer, or choosing from our curated collection to elevate your table design for approximately the same cost.  Our photobooth and custom messaging on our historic school sign are included at no additional cost when you use our design suite.  The free photobooth alone helps our couples saver over $1000 on a common wedding expense.

Outdoor Terrace

Our three-tiered outdoor terrace is spacious enough to host your cocktail hour on the lawn under our large trees, and is the perfect space for guests to step outside during the reception.  We include two outdoor seating vignettes and a collection of cocktail tables at no additional cost.  And maybe the most important, alcohol service is permitted outside in this area which is a rare experience in the city.

Linens

We’ve curated a collection of hundreds of linens with samples available in our showroom so we can help with your reception design during your planning.  Linens are the least expensive way to transform space and we make it easier with our large in-house inventory.
